Don't push refugees at the back seat and take over to become their voices.
Pushing them at the back is not refugees' empowerment, it is your empowerment behind refugees' names.
Refugees do not need a #voice, they need an #opportunity and a #platform.
Unfortunatly, organizations become disability care for refugees.
Refugees do not need care, they need one coach and one opportunity.
Take the back seat and let them run it. Let them be their own voices and let them do self advocacy for themselves.
